I have no doubt that Jubilee will win the award for most anticipated character of 2013 (And as this relase this year also won in the category of best character and best author, 2013) With that you will keep now? Retouch one little get-hits? Great character, great author

Wow, great progress and beautiful sprites, I love her new attacks and those new firework effects look Beautiful to, they look great
well done Chimoru ...and this will easily be the best Jubilee for mugen yet when she is released without a doubt
and good luck with her Chimoru you are doing really well with her in my opinion

Thank you guys for the support! I will try to use what I can! I might not have another update for a bit. Real life issues, but I will try to keep working while ideas are still fresh in my head! In the meantime, if you guys still have things to share, put them down here to help me remember!
