I'm glad Shining brought me this project. I had fun working on him!

I love this character!! He's so cute in a good way.  I don't really know much about the source Zangief mini, but it looks like a great application of the base.  From what I know of the Puck character even the mean mugging he's doing is appropriate to the character.

Not sure if he's strong enough to be able to piledrive people - but its fun!  Only suggestion I'd make (other than a proper movelist) would be the addition of a cartwheel type move/super - I think its a signature move for him.

Edit: Just to confirm - I know he does have a few cartwheel moves combined with other attacks, but I mean a separate attack focused on the cartwheel itself.
