Become MMV's Feature Video Content Creator (currently crosspotts)

As part of the overhaul of the video section on MMV, we will also feature certain video content creators on the forum.

Initially, it will be anyone who is active on the forum + provide a link to their channel. Down the line, MMV will want to only give this title to people who have their own topic in the "Promote Any Video Channel" forum section.
