Jubilee by Chimoru (WIP)

Hey guys.  I know some of you have wanted a Jubilee for some time now and while there has been a few done, we all can agree she needs an update.  That being said, I have talked with Intensity, Zvitor, and Mazemerald and they have all given me their permission to use their resources as well as my own to make a better edit of her.   I'm still learning how to do things, code, sprite, etc, so I know she won't be perfect, but I wanted to show you guys a little of what's to come with her.  I've given her a few new sprites though, she still needs A LOT more. I'd rather she kept her glasses up for the most part and maybe lower them on hypers. I've redone a few of the basic attacks but I'm still working on crouching and aerial, because I need to make the sprites first.

She has a few hypers and I've made a hyper screen for her to match the other newer X-MEN ones.

So, it's a start, but I'll let this video show you her progress thus far. Things are always changing though!

Wow, that Jubilee looks Awesome, I especially love that she lifts her
glasses and puts them on for her firework attacks, and those firework
moves look amazing by the way .....personally I think she looks like
she could easily be the best jubilee for mugen yet

LOL, yes, the walk is a bit odd and will be updated as well as some other things.

Thank you guys for your support and I just wanted to answer a few questions publicly that were messaged to me. Firstly, I chose the new, more transparant fx for her because while I also enjoyed the old 2D comic-like ones, I think these current ones are more dazzling a way that I think actual fireworks are. Also I was asked if I was going to have any Wondra or Vampire Jubilee content in it. No. I'm going to keep her a classic 90s Jubilee. I hope you guys follow her progress and enjoy her when I finally have a release ready!

but for sounds for pyros you should get firework sounds...you know the ones that hisses pops booms and whistles...like the cartoon
