It seems to be an original character on the Archive. Hard to find, but it's creator posted a sprite sheet there.

even if you change her head. you would also have to change her left arm to a robot arm. plus make it pop out more and less cartoon looking. but a good base.

Yes, She Needs a robotic arm , i changed its color on left arm ...It s grey but I think It s Better to recolor all the arm

She has got not complete move set but creating few sprites ( 15 or 20 between crouch and Jump -punches and kicks -and a cannon hyper ) She could be complete char

I really like it !
However, you should be careful when you reduce the size of the legs.
Here you just cut off the knees, so it looks weird. Monkeys' got knees. So you should reduce both part of the legs equally instead of cutting one out.
But it could be a really nice and easy modification.

Yeah, both the chimp and the vigilante are cool thoughts.

Help me out on this one. I just thought that maybe Haohmaru (CVS sprites) and perhaps Master Meyo (head) could be interesting for Ronin / Hawkeye's samurai rendition. Had it in my head for a couple of days. What do you think?

Well, Haomaru might be good for the torso, but you'll need to change the legs IMO

Yep those legs would be in the way for sure

I always thought some ninja NY chuchoryu may work for ronin
