I've been thinking these days a lot about Echo! She is an interesting fighter and I really loved the show.
My mind keeps going to Maki from CVS2 and Juni from SFA hybrid. What do you guys think would be a great base for Echo?

Hello friends, I've had this idea for a while and I finally had time to create a sprite, this is Captain Cold from the New 52, I think that this is one of the most iconic DC villains and that he should be in MUGEN, maybe Maybe his classic version can be problematic when trying to find correct bases, however I think I found something to carry this character in this more recent version: The bases are: Body: Shade of Manhattan Afterimage Glasses: Moleman by Zvitor Hood: Taskmaster by rojin70
P.S. This is not something definitive or a new WIP that I am working on, it is just an idea that I wanted to share, maybe someone like may be @Raijjin interested in continuing it.

Well, I love that sprite, but I won't be able to, sadly... I would prefer a more classic version (with a gun) first of, and I will make a Mister Freeze before that, second of. Plus, I don't have much time for mugen these days... But I really hope someone will take this idea, because it looks really good !
