Ok base: Sugoroku(it is great for the legs and perhaps hands) M.O.D.O.K.(he can come to the head\body)

very good character, and this sugoroku legs and hands fits perfectly too about head/body, honestly i wouldve tried to make few sprite edits from different angles and copy-past then (pretty much like all heads for custom charaters made) maybe even get permission to use Hecbators one? cuz modok has pretty destinguished face and its pretty different from sugar man's but in any way, good luck with this one

There are sprites for Sugar Man here, but not usual Marvel or Capcom styles

lol I remember telling my friend about this character and he replied with a wtf he doesn't look like sugar I wish I could suggest something but I cant think of any bases im really bad with that

what i think you should do is not straight up use modok for the face, but instead use the blueprint used to make him.
and that is take the original sprite and use it to free hand different facial positions. that is what happened with modok. he was one sprite and that was edited itself into different positions.
then add whatever arm and leg bases.

he's been out of mugen for years.
just use it however, including towards new editing, and credit him.

I decided to try to connect the head by Hecbator and legs Sugoroku turned out pretty good, but there is a problem, I do not know what to use for the base of the head

Do scratch work for the other frames using his head for a reference. Similar to how the community made MODOK's head/body
