He is making money with your work

if that's really is the case then the world to me now seems more cruel and dark place. in theory
the worst that could happen is a huge fans of commercial games for mugen that are copyright based could die out but if anything that only count's for copyright based stuff. at least the those who can make there own Original work form scratch can still use mugen.  though that be a major blow to the fans of other stuff form games comics and such.

so I won't say it's doomed yet but debut it come to that but sill see let's hope it doesn't come to that.

Mugen was being sold ever since it came out.
The fact that little people know about it helps the case.
Someone gettin bucks off of mugen is nothing new and will have NO impact on the mugen community.

I've poured my heart and soul into my projects, as well as some other peoples' work, too... I'm not willing to let all that go because of some ass-monkey.

i'm not saying that guy will lead to gaming companies changing their stance.

i'm saying if enough people do like that guy, then they could consider it more. thats why the best course of action is to just contact the webhost provider like i spoke of. it'd take maybe 5 min of time and one less website doing whatever can only help.

I was actually going to pm this to vozilla but it seems someone got here first. alright then, let me clarify theres nothing wrong with paying someone to do something for you I paid a guy to sprite me laharl and hes still doing it. NOW ON THIS CASE this guy is making money from work thats not his own so plz file a cease and desist immediately vol.

mugen is considered Fan art by most major companies so long as no one profits from their creations .... like this person is,i mean from time to time people pop up selling full games from various sites,not much u can do about that,but if this gets out, it could snowball into something ALOT worse than a 1.00 a sprite For mugen

1. He could counter suit a forum for using Capcom/SNK/etc. bases, sequel projects, ripping sound from games, posting on YouTube and getting hits hence getting paid.

2. If he was to get rich from this, like a million $, then that means there are 1 million desperate idiots

3. People sprite off bases for commission nowadays

4. In Kuwait law may differ

5. This forum encourages freedom more than any other Mugen forum out there, it could have been an inspiration

I give Fux U when comes to there so called services to help
an 8 & 1/2 for creativity and activity (but that because they got good if not the best artiest in there but most just sprite or do art) 90% mugen jerks hang there though it's died down the last time I was there
for the art again 9,000 seeing some like Diepod, to name one are very good if not Pros


any who that my two cents I have been in mugen china and mugen infantry and infinity mugen team
but never been around long enough to care really or make right assessment

Yeah, he posted a very long and drawn-out story. O.o I wanna see some proof. Not so much out of disbelief, but mostly curiosity.
