Mugen and money

I m shocked
what happened to mugen?
some people ask to be paid to do sprites
some to do edits
and some to do coding?
WHERE is the mugen freedom?
i can see why some people are disgusted from our society

I've never heard of anyone doing this on our forum. O.o Or, in general, actually. If people actually do ask for money, they had better be damn good at coding and spriting. In fact... To be good, you have to take lots of time and effort... They could easily rip you off by saying they'll help if you pay, then pretending to take forever. Don't trust people like that.

I've heard something like that, but some people may this using sarcasm because they are highly sought for code and sprite.

however I am not against anyone who asks donations or advertising links

I have one comission for money, but all the time I make free chars for example Flammableking and Varo_Hades

Never even heard of this practice. In harmony with Flammable King: They had better be a pro at spriting and coding... I mean... LIKE LOGANIR LEVEL.

You...do you seriously realise what you just said?
Mugen stuff takes a lot of time to make,and if its perfectly normal for someone to pay another person to do all the work,or at least to sprite,i mean,nobody is crazy enough to sprite a 800+ sprites character for someone else for free

And those are called commisions,and doing commisions is perfectly normal.

I think if you want a character made by a creator then offering commission is fine. It compensates for their time spent on the character YOU requested from them and some people go through tough spots in real life so thats helps as well. Just look at it as a way of contributing to the mugen community  

well . . . do you mean. . .  If I ask someone to make char and provide him sprites ? Ill have to pay ?
