You're definitely working with two hard bases to mix, but so far you're doing a good job.

those are amazing man really hard to get good combination with those bases sometimes, but you doing it i guess with 3 original attacks i did for minigame lizard has all his standing basics already
only 1 suggestion, is to match the shirt collar most original sprites had it raised like in a normal shirt, up to the neck
just drawing your attention to it man, since it is quite a bit noticeable imo when collar will just suddenly drop from stance to attack but yeah, the rest is just perfect man, bases match, details are neat, animations are smooth, attacks are really animal-like, just perfect imo
ps. on the crouch ones though i would suggest to reanimate the lower coat 1st and 2nd anim you can just put it behind the legs, it would look more natural and will not require difficult animating (and those also maybe could use 1 additional leg frame, otherwise legs just look a little stiff. and legs do not require alot of time to edit, so i think it is a good time to quality trade. upper body, which is the difficult part already great as it is ) 3rd crouch anim needs at least 1 frame of coat swing
and of course all just my imo man, it is fully your wip now

I was looking at some of Jojo's characters and found this Devo character that could be useful to use as a base for the lab coat's movement (or at least as a reference) [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

Hello friends, I think I should start with an apology, a new video showing Lizard's new moves was supposed to have been ready at the end of the Christmas event, however I was busy doing other things and couldn't work as hard as I wanted. I would like.
But don't worry, the video will be ready this week, in the meantime here are some new animations I've been working on: [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
