I love the ideas, I will find way to sprites these while maintaining the good quality sprites.

Except for the Beams from nipples Kraven WIP - Page 3 311127478

as you said, it's slightly ridiculous.

For lion transformation, yes they do seem too big and different quality of Capcom style so I might just continue Deanjo's idea by using these:

Those spear and crossbow are good animation base yes

I sure hope the thawk and sabertooth base allows these animations to be done Smile

I do plan to add traps and I'm sure the coding with traps will not be easy but I will find ways to do so Smile

For the bear trap, I think we should come up with something to make it less weird. It snapped shut on nothing. None of the opponent's limbs is really trapped here. Maybe another type of trap? But, well, this is trivial tho. Not that big of an issue.

That stage fits Kraven good. I remember deanjo had some sprites of like a throne with character trophies or something. Maybe that could be a win pose or put onto a stage

But anyways onto the video, that bear trap should definitely at least attach to 1 leg or something. You could also combine 2 specials into 1 for a hyper. Kraven throws the rope, tosses the spear then runs and grabs the spear out and repeatedly sticks it into the opponent. He could also throw the rope then a lion or something attacks the opponent while he’s rapped in the rope. Same could happen with the bear trap. After the opponent is stuck in the trap, an actual bear comes and roughs you up while Kraven is on the way to attack

I also think after he throws the spear it should start flashing transparently before it disappears instead of just disappearing if that makes sense. Just a few suggestions, I know you’re still working on him
