The second update is not far from release. It's been a while since I've shown any update footage so here is the latest addition. Death by train & stage by Old Gamer.

Wow, this is awesome! Silly question : I already use mugen 1.1, so can I install these interactive stages in my current mugen or should I install another one? Thanks

The sprites are held in the screenpack & I have a separate screenpack installer so you can upload it to your current Mugen and not have to use the stand alone version. If you can wait another week or two for me to finish the second update it will save you a lot of time, so you don't have to turn around and re-install stuff. I'll also have a better video of how to install everything step by step.

Something I started work on today & thought it was far enough along in the process to make a quick teaser vid. There are two finishers for the stage, one is a ringout like in RBFF and the other is getting smashed by the train. Probably the hardest finishers I have made so far code wise. In a couple of days I should have worked out the kinks and added the missing train sprites.

One week to go before release. I thought i'd show off some non finisher features since I've shown enough of those already. I had fun making the Boss Edi .E as a hazard. He has a mind all his own and never know what he's going to do.

Another finisher test. My favorite one so far.

Final test/teaser video. There is more in the pack than has been shown but I want the rest to be a surprise. Going to spend the next few days fixing a few bugs and hopefully by Wednesday the update should be ready for release.

sounds good
do me a favor plz and when you do your updated release, include a screenshot (or a gif of collected screenshots) that you think are pretty good representatives of your release so as it can be used as a reference image in the forum index news block. thanx

or you can just include it in the release.
btw, feel free to make a new topic if you'd like whenever it happens. not like there is a limit on that kind of thing. forum index news links tend to work better with releases when its a new topic too. but if you want to just update this one, that is ok too

I'll keep this one as the general IM thread and make a new one in the normal section for incremental updates. If you or a Mod can move this thread to Project W.I.P.S that would be helpful and i'll change the title to discussion.

where is the mareep stage i cant find it... or the hitable sheep come with the screenpack? I just love it that would be the cherry in the top of the cake, kicking sheep, i'd spend more time hiting mareeps than fighting the actual oponent

DJ_Hannibal_Royce made that stage and asked me to make the sheep interactive. You will have to wait till Wednesday for the IM update before you can knock them around, but you can pick up the stage and his other creations here : https://sites.google.com/site/djhrmugen/
