What are some Underated MUGEN Characters?

Which characters do you think are underrated in MUGEN?

I think the koyu@twint ones are pretty underrated and don't really get much recognition and notice but I want to hear what you think which characters are underrated or not that noticed much or used in the MUGEN Community?

I don't really know, but I think it's Dee Bee Kaw by Most_Mysterious/The_None.

Yes I know it's a joke character, but it still has balanced gameplay.
