Everything is good, bit I guess that original story is over in comics, or it is not canonical now? By the way, it is still most horrible costume of Superman. Especially after Injustice Good among Us....

I'll try to explain that. What happened in the Injustice comics was just a prequel to all the events in the first game. What happens here is a direct sequel (and to what I know, this game will also have its own prequel comic series as well).

Much like anyone else would say, take this with a grain of salt (although I''d be a bit wary about this with what's true of it as of now):

Yesterday after watching the trailer, I decided to see if any other news have come up. Nothing really important other than the announcement I posted, plus the prices of each version. Then, I caught up with some persons talking about a particular leaked character list that basically talked about the remaining characters that will appear in the game (or at least, in the mobile version of the game).
The Actual List (don't open if you don't want spoilers):
The Joker Bane (confirmed) Poison Ivy (confirmed) Swamp Thing Black Canary Catwoman Cyborg Green Lantern (Hal Jordan) (confirmed... sort of) Green Lantern (John Stewart) (confirmed as a skin) Cheetah Firestorm Flash (confirmed) Scarecrow Green Arrow Captain Cold (teased in trailers and promotional t-shirt) Brainiac (confirmed) "Damian" (probably referring to Damian Wayne, who's confirmed) Black Adam Doctor Fate (teased in promotional t-shirt) "Peegee" (probably referring to Power Girl, who's also confirmed as a skin) "Zoom" (probably referring to Reverse Flash, who's a skin as well) "Victor Fries" (Obviously referring to Mr. Freeze)
Since that list had the characters that were revealed yesterday, I thought it was made up, but some people were claiming that list came up just a few days before. So out of curiosity, I searched around for its actual source. It turns out, that list came up from Desuarchive (a 4chan-like site) a month before the latest trailer.
None of this images have an actual source yet. Although I'd be skeptical about them, since the outfit doesn't resemble any of the ones that Harley has in the trailer (it looks more like a hybrid of them).
