BANNED! Why it had to happen to certain people at MMV

It never fails, there will be some guy who gets banned, then proceeds to lie about the circumstances at other places all for the sake of drama.

This topic will not address everyone that does this kind of thing, but it will point out the most egregious attempts of drama that disregard certain facts.

You are right... we do not need problems here. It is a place where people should to have fun, enjoy our discussion. It is very important for us all. Feedback is needed... but no need for rude posts, or agression.

this topic has gotten out of control. if the implication wasn't gathered before to discuss the character, then that premise is straight up defined as of this moment.

First, just because it was sugarcoated with other stuff, the clip I quoted here isn't looked at any less, hence my reply to it. Then notice how it was explicitly said want no more talk in the topic if it is not about the release.

He proceeds to post some long diatribe in an attempt to come at me, a very hard working admin at MMV. it was removed and I told him in PM to take it to PM because it was made abundantly clear all further posts were to be about the release

But because he is attempting to stir up drama, he certainly doesn't want to let the truth get in the way of both facets discussed here. I don't make money off of anything and I have an absolute zero tolerance for namecalling and insults.

Regarding black dragon...


black dragon proceeded to tell me, "Fuck you" twice in PM. I work far too hard this website and will not put up with someone cussing me like that.

After the ban triggers were put into place, he was spamming my email with the following: f*** you I hope this site burns in hell.

Then a few weeks later, makes an alt trying to spread some MMV hate video and try to make claims that, "i talked to the guy, and he seems nice", in an attempt to try and stir up discontent over the banning of the black dragon account. The alt is found out and this alt attempt is squashed.

Over the course of time, he has tried to say certain things about his banning, but leaving out his saying of, "Fuck you" to an admin.

Regarding TOPS...

Many of you have probably heard how he says I took this place from him at CrusaderCast. When MMV first began, me and him were co-Admin. I needed some time away because to certain people, drama in Mugen is more important than anything.

In the course of that time, he used his Admin perms to hack into Alan Joestar's account after banning him and proceeded to impersonate Alan in the forum. I came back and tried to get the forum back on its feet after he abandoned it. I later found out about the impersonation and hacking because he tried to do the same to me, portray himself as Alan, who I was attempting to get to unretire from Mugen (didn't work, Alan quit after TOPS behavior to him). As soon as I found out about all of this, I removed TOPS ability to login to the forum.

The IP you will see is one in America and you are welcome to look it up. Everyone knows Alan is from Mexico. It shows up like this because TOPS used admin perms to edit Alan's password to something he himself could log in with and then impersonate Alan.

Regarding verz36...

The guy tried to lie to people for them to cause drama and he himself has caused so much drama for MMV with a cyberbullying routine.

If you hear of other similar things, feel free to check in here in this topic to get the parts that will be obviously left out for the sake of furthering drama.

All this time, I have attempted to just turn the other cheek and focus on making this place as best as I can. But after 4 years, this strategy isn't working anymore because I am just sick of it.

That was why this place was created to begin with, to try and focus on Mugen and have fun with the hobby. I wish that was all we could focus on. But my tolerance for putting up with other places attempts to circumvent that ideal in their false portrayals has been exhausted and that is why a topic such as this exists.

It is very clear that those heartless and reckless MUGEN Pro's/dudes keep cyber-bullying MMV and many individual/independent MUGEN'ers (i.e. "The Three MUGEN Tragic Brothers"). 

Sorry to say but online MUGEN forums fight and even Facebook/YouTube fight are kind of pointless and not useful.

It is sad but true that nothing much can be done about it without some Internet legal involvement.........

I know some countries do have some laws against Internet cyber-bullying.  I remember there was a new one in effect now since 2015 -- New Zealand.

I truly understand how you maximize yourself in trying to make MMV the best MUGEN fun place -- the exciting MFL, the enthusiastic MUGEN Contests & Awards, the interesting forum games, the very up-to-date MUGEN news headlines, the convenient MUGEN directories, the merry parties, the unbiased polls/votes,....etc....not to mention you have been working so hard on organizing many big and small things in the most possible organized way ever.......but those heartless and reckless MUGEN Pro's/dudes just love step in to try to kill the MUGEN fun and to ruin MUGEN'ers' life.

Since my MMV joining in 2014, you have been doing great job protecting me from more-than-enough ****wood haters' attacks.  I have been feeling never-before MUGEN safety in MMV.  I don't know how many MMV folks like and/or dislike me but because of you, the MUGEN safety feeling is always there with me.  Therefore, in return, I try harder to become more involved and active in MMV here, than I did in all other previous MUGEN forums I have joined since the year of 2004.  I don't care the others, I just want to continue my MUGEN business in a e-bully/e-taunt/e-troll/e-bash-free environment, which you have already been providing to me without a doubt.  So, your administrative banning decision and action were very good job done and greatly justified!    And, I too, cannot tolerate any bad MUGEN deeds that might/may harm MMV at any rate.  No matter how a small MUGEN potato I am, you have my full 100% MUGEN support.  I can take any MUGEN blames that might have a chance to "cancel out" or minimize all the MUGEN misunderstanding and hatred towards you and MMV folks.  Those heartless and reckless MUGEN Pro's/dudes can keep more of their hateful focus on me only, but not on you and MMV folks.  MUGEN fun and peace are something hard to maintain nowadays.    Only the MUGEN people with clear eyes can see the MUGEN truth.....

Could you stop playing the victim werewood. Stop making it feel like you are some kind of mugen martyr. Also Volzilla you know you dont have to spy on other forum. Why do you even care about what they say. You always try to control everything. Pretty Im getting ban with this but you and werewood need to grow up. not banned, but your warning is back because you've been warned about being disrespectful before. but that was awhile ago. it's back now and zero tolerance if you are disrespectful again. borewood's able to have his opinion of that place and he doesn't need the disrespect for having it either. he's within his rights to do so...and many agree with him.

and i myself care, since you asked, because:
- it is a blatant lie for drama. he said banned for saying feedback is good. he was banned for namecalling and insults to admin. not to mention he was told no more off topic stuff in the topic, yet used it to be disrespectful. no warnings for namecalling/insults to admin either, get straight zero tolerance on that
- i'm fucking sick of their cyber bully routine. one person says one thing, they don't care if it is a lie, and act like they do? it gets tiring, especially when we are just trying to do our own thing here
- i got an idea, you like telling people to grow up, tell them that because they are the ones with the constant starting of drama. you try and act like some sort of tough guy here, but i bet you aren't tough enough to say that to them. and i know why. because you are afraid they'd be negative to you, and that kind of proves my point in their overall routine

unhappily there are people makes offenses and injuries about the works of some creators,and it is extremely unpleasant.

if you don´t like some work,it´s so easy only ignore and see other things.

intimidates or to make offenses and injuries is not paper of a educated person.

same that a mugen work don´t be good for you,,it´s better respect and live together in peace with all the members.

obs: all the sites ban people who are unrespectful with other.

Criticism is ok and and always every creators should keep an open-minded with it...

But is a BIG NO-NO, when they insult your work and your character/life with lies.

I experience it both twice last 2015 as a graphic artist,

one was an amateur "troll" artist who attacked me calling me for being a "Poser" artist... I challenge him to an Artist Duel for 3 days, posting the Best artworks...he barely survive a day and blocked me on facebook (https://www.facebook.com/markanthony.rivero.90?fref=ufi)

the second one was a bit tough, Black-Dogma's the name, he's an artist, a truly deserving one...but a total jerk. At first he showed me his artwork he said it was fan-art, it shows his DBZ character punching my character artwork Demunlawin...I just commented nice on it... but then it started to escalate into a hate-comics-series without plot, just unnecessary violence using my original character, out of context, without my permission... I reported him to Deviant-Art under DMCA, gave him several warnings...starts lashing-out on me with profanity and challenges me to a Artist Duel, I'm beginning to suspect and connect him with my previous troll... I decline because I don't do/never violent-hate stuff on my porfolio on public...second I don't like drawing his character because it's such a waste of time and I don't earn any money on it...third, I don't FEED/PAY trolls...
Eventually he got kicked-out but keep returning on different names but same art content(stupid) 3 times...he later followed me on facebook, even on my own artist guild...that was his biggest mistake...he tried to win over the group with "drama, being the victim" effects...but I already showed the group his hate-comics... one policy of our group is to reveal our "true name" as identity, proof and protection on our created original characters in our comics...he's just using the same pseudonym identity Black-Dogma... We all lashed on him with just bold-capital text..."POSER"
It was a gratifying epic-scale in defeating him, entrap him on his own trap...he then just died out, slowly and quietly quit on his own... he never popped back to my life again since...
