This new sprite look very good and very CLEAN you really improved if all the sprites looks like this it could be a great proyect...and im will be happy to help...(even im not a great coder )
PS. Please be more careful to avoid the "alias-ing" when making your sprites that decrease the quality, this Winter soldier sprite Looks Very Clean, keep this quality, i know it you will be better each time .

Thanks too much friend , i know Kilowog was very hard to be cleaned but yes i got Winter Soldier clean as much as i can , do yiu accept to code him ?

two things
1. he really does look like winter soldier so good job on that end
2. Like some of your last wip that you have shown videos for. I'm not seeing anything custom to make them "original characters" they have all the same moves as the characters you used as bases. And in some cases are very unfitting for said character. Are you going to work on that aspect of your characters?
Like even cables viper beam. You could change that to using bullets instead of a beam
