Well first off wow - two characters? Thank you
At first glance I'd say they both could use some extra animations and some of the animations look odd - but from a gameplay perspective these guys rock! And are fun!!!
Thunderball plays well, combos his normals well and into specials and even supers. And although the chaining from normals to specials doesn't always seem possible with some specials, its possible to do some interesting chaining with certain combinations of moves. VERY cool - and makes him seem unique.
I like his get hit animation - cute! I also like his voice and sounds - its consistent and fits him well!
Some suggestions (actually because I REALLY like this character and hope you can make him better): - (looks odd, I'm assuming its drawn? Perhaps the steamroller from Jojo's bizarre adventure would look better, if you drew this instead it might look better - easier to draw I think) - - I'm assuming he's done this sort of move in the comics - it does seem odd for him to do - but if it stays, I think you should be able to hit him out of the move (he seems invincible while the move is going)
Wrecker is pretty good too (I do like him, but for me, I like Thunderball a bit better) I like his intro, fits him well and the Karnilla intro that he shares with Thunderball is a neat idea (I guess all of the Wrecking Crew will all have it?). He also combos well and can cancel into specials and supers. I love his three hit (rekka) attack, nice to see those in characters every once in a while.
Thoughts/suggestions: - I like this move, and the fact that he can change position with it, but the voice as he's jumping seems odd. I don't know if his voice in general sounds like the Wrecker (he seems so much like a 'tough guy' American); but his voice is pretty consistent so I'll just assume that's your vision.
Both Thunderball and Wrecker can use their "Callin' the Wrecking Crew" move repeatedly and have the entire team on screen at once. Kinda neat but seems a bit cheap - it kind of feels like a move they should only be able to do one at a time.
But other than maybe more animations and general improvements on animations I do enjoy these guys (and I wasn't expecting to). So now definitely looking forward to the rest of the crew.
Congrats on the release! Great work!
