Hawkins was the self-proclaimed King of Halloween, until U-King, the planet where wishes are granted, gave him the title, officially. He is also a paid assassin. He could talk all day about how much he loves his job. You may wonder... How can he form syllables and sentences so well without a bottom jaw? Well... So does he.

This one was a fun idea. It really was appropriate for this season and I think the idea really works for a Megaman villain. I've never done an 8-bit character like this before, it was interesting.

What's great is Flammableking has a lot of these sprite sheets completed. I'm sure he has enough to make a fullgame pocket version of Demolition Crew. Maybe someday we'll make it a phone app game LOL
