| so carpa took one of the captain america edits for mugen and edited all of the sprites towards this look. then i made a bunch of new sprites so as he'll have his own moveset. all of these sprites are done. we then found a coder, dave rattlz, who will code everything up into a new char that you will hopefully have at the end of the year or so (depends on dave). our version is the one in the winter guard. if would like more info: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Red_Guardian | |

| When somebody talk about Captain Russia or maybe much better would be Russian Officer, I imagine him this way: [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]To be honest, USSR Captain is so boring... the cold war is over many years ago, USSR was a short period in history of Russia. I'am surprised, that USSR is still popular on the west. But I like the concept and idea. Nice work even for swap palette. | |
