yes I have plans not only for Reiko, all MK cast in CvS, like Tekken are the most big rosters I starting to do for Mugen, but here in MK side many people doing MK chars like me, in Tekken side Im the only one who work in all roster

Points:
1. Dash, Back Dash = That is a mechanic for more close combats, MK9 uses something similar. AND its fits much better than Running for work with Parry 2. Power Gauge = This is hard to know, but X-ray also uses Power Gauge so theres nothing too weird, but certantly will need a rebalance in the SF specials, because in the SF characters the powers are very "POWER", Ryu with a crazy hadouken more like a Kamehame Ha and such, MK X-ray is just some powerful "HITS" ... my preference is remove/rebalance almost dbz like powers of SF and make just POWERFUL HITS dont put Giants Hadouken or a Thounsands Lightinings Kicks (is a kind of "more sofisticated") 3. Parry as I said is perfect for Dash mechanic. 4. Air Guard = is not necessary because Uppercuts are a mark of MK and dont make many difference with less dbz like powers MULTIHITS POWERS. (but air parry still ON) 5. Fall Recovery = GOOD, mainly with Uppercuts ON. 6. EX = is like the Enhanced Special Move of MK, but in the SF the EX can also give some extra effects as Distance and Projectile Evasion... so I think that will be interesting EX moves with the MK chars. 7. Counter = I think this is mechanic of SF5 and I dont play very much to know... But if is the breaker -> collapse enemy .. so.. i just dont like it >-> 8. Focus Attack = is good with the MK design.. fits well 9. Ultra Combo (sf4) = easily substitute of X-ray... X-ray is more beautiful XD 10. Fatalities and Brutality. This is very complex. The fatality is a finish who has to be "GORE" if is not "GORE" is just a finish move as Ultra Combo. And a MK Character making the Ultra Combo is gonna be performing a Brutality. So here is the thing: to follow the line of Mortal Kombat and have Fatalities, i though you has to made the entire game with some gore thematic. But this just dont looks very well with SF designs. In otherwise, theres no much problem to put MK design in a game with no flood of blood, just like we see with Scorpion in Injustice game.
Final opinion:
Conclusion: Dash, Back Dash + Parry without Block and Running and Air Guard. Power Gauge + X-ray with SF characters making X-rays, because it looks nice (I think) Fall Recovery + Uppercut + Air Parry will make a contribution funny and intense for the gameplay Counter ... i dont know, because I dont like "collapse" or "crumpling" --' but Breaker is interesting Focus attack is COOL Ultra Combo uses almost the same mechanic of X-ray, both are good but not together. So I prefer X-ray. Fatalities and Brutalities dont fits with Street Fighter characters.
Personal opinion = Fatalities, Brutalities will be VERY FUNNY WITH SF, but needs make blood, some "GORE", and gore + SF dont looks so funny.
The real thing is... you want make some Mortal Kombat versus Street Fighter or Street Fighter versus Mortal Kombat? :3

Everything starting in 2005 to me, Capcom Fighitng Evolution arrive in mexico and MK Deception, so CVS3 are cancelled that age, so everyone saw in Noob.com a MK1 image and a VS image, 2 renders are in internet made by Midway: Guile and M. Bison using graphics for the future XBox360 and PS3, so Midway working in MKvsSF for release in 2007, at the same time Mugen, Newgrouds and some fans working in MKvsSF fan arts, but one of theme made something we inspired to see more of MKvsSF, Proxicide doing this
that inspired me to do graphic arts offcourse...so in 2007 MKvSF are cancelled and in 2008 are released MKvsDC...so no one ask for it, no one want it, no one (here in mexico) know DC and no one espected nothing for it, the results? Midway are downd, MKvsDC doing a ggod movie but only that, no one thingking about The Joker vs Shang Tsung or Scorpion vs Superman. Most requested are Ryu vs Liu Kang, Kitana vs Chun Li or Shao Kahn vs M. Bison, the 2 original great titans of fighting games are not in the same game, so here is when I starting my work, in 2007 and 2008 I starting to learn how to do Mugen stuff and SF4 comming in 2009 so I decide to do my no legal MKvsSF in 2010, whit diffrent metods and diffrent models, one of theme are SF3 vs MK3U, other are MK2 vs SFII but I decide to do all sprites in 2D offocurse, so here we are, now SF5, MKX, Injustice Gods and comming MKXI (or maybe is other MK VS game) so roster can be more bigger and more epic, more music now and more SFX for it.
if I made SFxMK the music must sound like this
a dream match use mix of the style of the 2 games are involved in the VS game
but is more MKvsSF, music must sound more epic, talking about danger and not a simple street tournament, music must and game must says "Fight for your life, apocalyps are here"
so as you say in gameplay X-Ray+Gage Power Bar: a mix of SF Zero+MK9 bars are in the game, suing 3lv for made super move

you have so much history it's inspiring for some reason, read that made me think about Chameleon with SFX of Bison and they have some conections between they rainbow powers

Perfect (y) dont forget Enhanced Attacks dont have special effects as Projectile Evasion and others, what will made some miss in that mixing... but need tests for sure

Why not include them. People have been dreaming up fatalities for Street Fighter characters ever since Mortal Kombat's release. Here are just some videos of peoples ideas. Some are silly ideas, some are good ideas.

For Back Story of MK vs SF I planning to did Comic sprites for acomplish this VS, telling how Shao Kahn can enter to Earthrealm using M. Bison Help, how Rayden seek Ryu for face this new dark team, how Shang Tsung made his rivalry againist M. Bison and many more things in this VS, characters like Akuma, Quan Chi or Evil Ryu not appear in this comics but in the game yes

yes itrs true how many ways SF characters can do a Fatality but one point I am very agree whit Yoshinori Ono, I dont want to rip off Chun li´s head by Sub-Zero but maybe I do something like MKvsDC Heroic Brutality

Wow, that Goro looks pretty epic! My two favourite MK characters are Motaro and Kabal. Those would be pretty epic one day.

Everyone saw yesterday Mortal Kombat 11 trailer, so I working in MK chars but now I have plans for more MK chars, one of theme are Scorpion using his MK3U style
new model
much more new XD, adding the MK9 stance and MK3U style on it, not so soon him but this 2019 not only Ed boon release a MK game

en un inicio por alla del 2009 si tenia contemplado hacer el MK vs SF asi pero al ver los anteriores VS de Capcom tome como referencia esos datos te lo explico en detalle
MvC, TvC: Systema de juego agresivo e intuitivo, combos faciles, rapidos y aereos, poderes extremadamente exagerados estilo anime
CvS: estilo rapido como KOF, esactitud como SF, quitando easy combos, custome combos y estilo semi reto
NxC: estilo RPG, peleas al estilo SNES y PS1, juegos de peleas adaptados al RPG
SFxT: velocidad de Tekken, presicion de Street Fighter, combos por combinacion estilo Tekken, barra de poder estilo Capcom, Tag de Tekken y MvC
asi debo hacer con MKvsSF tomar referencias de ambas sagas ya que si lo hago con una jugabilidad KoF ya no es MKvsSF o si le doy la versatilidad de MvC seria solo hacer compilacion, Proxicide hizo un buen video pero el gameplay esta mas basado en MvC y SF y tiene casi nada de las reglas de MK
