Great work, was very better, the only thing that I found bad in the other version I was the color of the personage who was very clear.
I twist pra that it obtains to make the same with Nebula.

A very nice retro character. Some nitpicks though: -Why do you use so many CLSNs on the stand?One blue CLSN is enough -Couple of basic attacks have their hitsparks misaligned -Are you going for source accuracy?If not,try squezing in another special or 2

@Erroratu, I just moved all the boxes which were already there because it was made on a template, and it always screws up when I add or remove them, or sometimes even move them......I know what you mean about the hitsparks, but don't know how to change that for now. I don't do programming except for tiny little things, and if making stages counts as programming then I do that, but that's all..i partly want source accuracy, but also it is a bit stylised

I do believe you need to open your CNS and look for this piece of code

fiddle around with it to get the sparks on right positions.
Edit:You are missing some required sprites and you have some syntax errors in your CNS
