Overall his design is great, obviously he needs more sprites I would save all his lightning stuff till the end since those are basically just effects. Def not against helpers the static one is awesome as a legacy thing but could really leave Batman off since he has his own character
Please keep up work on this he looks good keep him feeling original

Good work till now RenatoNat.J. I see that 2022 is the year for chars that we havent see yes at mugen.

The only problem I'm having is adding the sprites to a base character that's perfect for Black Lightning I tried it on the bases of Black Vulcan, Elektro and even the X-MEN Storm but it didn't turn out the way I expected and now I'm going to add the sprites in Shazam made by Logansan. I think this one will give the impact I'm looking for. I'm looking for character bases that have electrical powers. scratch

If sprites are full give to me i can code them from the base

@skhsato123 it's my friend, the sprites were almost all filled in the base of Black Vulcan but I deleted it completely. Then recently I started again pinning the sprites to the base groups of Shazam. But it's right at the beginning, otherwise of course I would give you the char for you to code in MvC style would be great.

The Sprites are one of the best things I saw on mugen,but he need more intermission sprites,some animations are strange with only 2 sprites,I think you can put one more sprite in some of them
