No offense the creator, but there was a patch with a realigned palette, that could've been used in this edit. Maybe @candido159 might think to use it for a better edit.

I wished I had known about it I only asked skhsato's permission after I finished editing the character file I had in me

It needs only arm shock special and punch wave special from old cable version and it will be perfect

I still need to sprite a new head I wish you had asked me
And if there isn't a machine gun sprite I was gonna try and sprite that for the hyper move

Ohhh sorry. I'm now full of regrets in my edit
That machine gun hyper would be ccol, but in my case I don't know how to add it
I mean I just used the moves of Punisher and that's just it

By the way I credited you on it's def file too thank you for the added heads
