Alejandro Iaccarino is making him... but had been absent from mugen for a while

Rash is at 28 seconds

Now has recently come back with another mugen WIP so maybe there is hope for this version of Rash in mugen

Yeah, but he's beyond incomplete, which makes me sad. I saw the videos of Rash and Streex sooo long ago that I have almost given up all hope of them being complete.

Alejandro Iaccarino is a member of MMV, and contributed to the GL project (Larfleeze and Saint Walker were his). The street sharks video is from May 2018 (previous videos were back in 2015). There is hope still. LOL
