We'll do our best but for the palettes we need to work on the actual sprites rather than improving the coding

DONDE PUEDO BAJARME LOS CHARS DE BATMAN SERIE DE LOS 80??

Wow, he looks great and I like his moves too especially
the Umbrella Gun and that move where an army of penguins
appear and attack the opponent ...it feels great to finally
see this character get a release as well and finally have a
good Penguin for mugen at last
