Riklaionel should be easy to find in DeviantArt (under the same name), he's very active there; you could also try here, but he's not active here anymore. Not really sure about Nestor, he has accounts in many different Mugen forums (including this one), but he hasn't been active lately, it's probably going to be harder to contact him.

HEY BROTHER & SISTERS OF MMV!!! I give some vacations to the Eddy Gordo WIP (Spriting&Smart palette was a pain in the ... so because i need to relax my mind decided to continue with one of my other WIPs: The WINTER SOLDIER)

), anyways i start over from zero and made some update in the final look and i want to share with you to know your opinion so here is a sample:

It has now smart palette in the face, each body part has its own colors (maybe to much colors i would like to decrease to only 5 color por section due the smart palette face, i dont know its still an idea)

I like him! It's very accurate! Will be good if he uses all types of handy guns, large guns, grenades and commando knives... I think the main colors should be dark gray instead of blue (the most usual costume in comics) but it's not something significant.. Claps clap
