HONESTLY????? this is the winter soldier mugen NEEEDS he isnt a cable ripoff and really captures his look and seperates him from cap. I say please please please continue with this

I don't know if this approach could work on most of chris sprites because I'm not that familiar with that character, but this base you've shown is actually good and suitable for the winter soldier

I had also thought about that base. Changing some details and colors can improve. I think it's a good base, although I do not know if it's open source.

I think it's a very interesting mix of bases. The army-style pants and boots are a great choice, much better than Cable ones, in my opinion. I can't recognize the head but it's suitable too. In any case, it would be great if (color-separated or not) he wears this mouth mask you have sprited. I hope it becomes a WIP, it has a lot of potential.

Yeah the head its from Terry from Garou. Of course i think about color separation for add the mouth mask and even eye mask, in fact its just a sprite edit, but im seriously thinking on become him a WIP.
