Still need more polish, im a bit rusty, (more then 1 year without a mugen release) but we can see his moves changes. also didnt finished sound and hitsparks align yet.

mmm.. your improvement are always good things for mugen.. also this video of Mr.Fantastic is good but.. Reed Richards is a thin man, not muscolar man.. also if his power is the elasticity he is always a thin man.
