Creating my Own Sprite Character for Mugen

I was wondering I've always wanted to create my own Character in Mugen, What tools do I need to create a Character Sprites. I've always wanted to Mugenized the Character named Death's Head 2 from Marvel but I don't know where to start in creating it or the tools in creating Him. Can anyone help me?

Just simply use a paint program for the sprites. ^^ However, coding is tough, and requires Fighter Factory. Ovo;

You dont need Fighter Factory to make sprites,Fighter Factory is a program for making characthers files,like .sff and .cns.
I use MS Paint,so do many other people
To get the colours to 256 bmp,i use Paintshop Pro.
You can also use Photoshop.Tried using GIMP once,and it was confusing for me

Also if this is your first characther and you do not know coding,then start watching tutorials,and begin with editing stuff first.Ryons tutorial is pretty damn good.
Also dont use any "templates" like CvG,EoH etc. Just use KFM cause he is pretty simple + has all the stuff needed in him

Felo makes the best sprites out there,and he uses paint also.
Diepod uses paint also.
I dont see why you have to be so suprised

I work in PhotoShop 30% y Photo Paint 70%. Photo Paint is very friendly.
