sprite base for creating stages

can I use what some sprites as a base, or you can not use  stage?
Can you send sprites stages that can be used without permission ?
I did 2 of the stage but I was looking for a sprite in sprites resource, but it is very inconvenient

If you are talking about the background pieces to stages that can be used to make new stages a lot of them are ripped from actual games so those are open source and no one can claim them if you want to put characters moving around in the background then it depends on the character I have some mvc stages if you want to take sprites from those I can send them to you and if you want character sprites you can have whatever I edit not that I have much of a selection to begin with

Oh ok you can use Capcom's stuff do you want me to extract sprits from their stages?
you can use ax's stuff I can lend you sprits from my wips if you want but they are not very useful
so basically anything that is open source or Capcom Snk ect.
