INFO Both edits using NinjaBrl's original version as base, with notable differences from each other. The 2019 edit (the bold one) have important fixes and changes. The 2020 edit (the one with hair) have even more changes, new additions and custom gameplay style. I did few adjustments in both versions aswell and yeah i know, it's super thicc. Well, NinjaBrl always did his chars that way. :v

NOTE - Sadly both versions have this same problem. If you defeat your enemy with the Dragon form Level 3, it takes time to Moondragon perform a victory pose.
LIST OF CHANGES January 8th, 2019 Edit/Update by Sejimaru -Minor damage tweaks -Fixed an infinite combo possible by timing LP the right way. -Changed the juggle on various attacks to prevent other infinites and or overly long combos strings. (I'm looking at you spammy launcher) -Removed most if not all OTG's (I really don't like most OTG's, and none seemed appropriate/without problem for this char IMO) -Added a "cooldown/delay" on Telepathic blast, Telekinetic Assault, Dragon Kick and Astral Projection to make them feel less spammy and cleaner to fight against without making the char sluggish. (Astral Projection was a huge culprit as you could gain full meter by simply super jumping and then spamming it in air.) -Lowered the meter gain and shortened the duration of Astral Projection to allow it to be less oppressive/cheap. -Massively shortened the duration of Telepathic Shield (down to one damage tick) as it combined with basic fighting even at two ticks of damage or so allowed a never ending combo string. I increased the damage of the single tick to compensate so now it is better used as an optional combo ender as it is fairly unsafe to use on its own now. However because of this big edit, I changed it to now be able to interact with projectiles, acting as a well timed barrier against them(at least single tick ones).

Well i don't know much about this character,in the past i only see the first version and i remember there was alot of things to improve,now i tested the one with Air and i'm really impressed this is really an Epic Work!!!! the quality of sprites and animation is Awesome and i really appreciate alot of things in this char
I also like alot specials and hypers will be for sure part of my mugen great work

I have never understood why no one has released a Moondragon version that has legs and breasts more provided. But I must say, is a nice job

This is pretty epic. Need's some more recognition. Just tried her out in Arcade & I am super impressed.
I personally love the 2020 Edit by LoveShock .. I appreciate you for sharing this & especially the fixes you applied gui007.
