AI patch for MvCShe-Hulk and Human Torch

This patch gives her a super armor. If you want to set armor null or change its strength, please check
"Confing.cns" in "SheHulk_AI" Folder by opening it with some text application.
Also it has two CPU's strength, Normal/Hard, and you can chose its level by changing cmd files too.
To select the level, please check the file "SheHulkMVC_M.def" by a text application identically.
Then erase ";" at the head of cmd's filename you chose, and put another ";" on the other one's.

* WHAT'S CHANGED

- Raised max life to 1200 from 1000.
- Added super armor.
- Re-implemented Gamma Charge (horizontal direction only.)
- Removed misplaced fog effects of the beginning of run, backstep and Runner's Start.
- Speeded up weak/middle Heavy Strike to start more faster.
- Slowed down entire normal moves.
- Revised damage balance.

This time I didn't spend much labor on it as I just wanted its AI to use various moves in the fight.
I did several edit on him too but please be sure that there are still some parts that should be fixed.
