Mugen Stages has Animation and decent Delta
Mugen Stages Has Animation Parallax only for the Mugen 1.1
Mugen Stage cone with Full open sources sprite files
Mugen Stage was rip from Nebula 2.22b+
Mugen Stages has two version Soundtrack to chose from

Special thanks to KingSartaX37 for helping get the roms we need to rip the sprite for it
and was a Collaboration and a request to make this awesome stage come to live
Special Thanks to Electro for his awesome advice and tip dealing with the Nebula Emulator Behavior

Letting people know that the resources you rip are public is very good. Personally I find it very useful, it's like having a sprite store! And I think others stage makers also thank you very much yes
