| Some people actually even use winmugen or dosmugen (android devices via dosbox) still.
It depends on personal preference.
I personally use 1.1 and code for 1.1, but my works should work on both 1.0, and 1.1.

| As far as characters are concerned it really doesn't matter if your using 1.0 or 1.1 since 97% of the time your going to be using code that both can run. When it comes to stages that's a different story. Being able to animate parallax or tiles is a breeze in 1.1. The features Scalestart & Scaledelta are also fun ones to use in stages. I don't know why anyone would want to use the Winmugen hack. That thing crashes all the time. | |

| I rather work on both version so this way mugen fans wont bother you. I say stick with both version and make both version, this way there wont be no discrimination between the both | |
