Mugen site I need for my WIP

guys i need to find a site i dont know what was its name i need it for my wip spider boy
when i first cam into the site it was a dragon picture in front a cartoony one an at the top some tiny heroes i think i posted it i think i said new spider man 2099 and more but i cant find it i could see new spiderman spider boy 2099 new hulk and stuuf PLEAAAAAAAASE help

but i dont know how someone wouldnt already know it so i could be wrong but try it out
