Is kara Supergirl that elder than Kal El as they leave Krypton ? In spaceship?
Does Wonder Woman turn on the regime ?

It's complicated.
In the Regime universe, Kara was older than Kal.
When Brainiac invaded Krypton, Kara was sent to Earth with Kal (although on different spaceships) to protect him.
The reason why she looks younger than Superman is because of cryosleep, that's what kept her young while she was in space.
And no. Wonder Woman isn't turning on the Regime, she's just helping Supergirl to fight what they look like Braniac's minions. It makes sense since Braniac is meant to be a threat to both Insurgency and Regime.
