It's Captain Cold, or at least, that's what most people assume because of the outfit, and also because the were many hints about his inclusion in the game.

I watched the video too, and if you pause at the veeeery end of that shot,
there's one more person standing off to the left.
He appears to be wearing a long white coat with a brown mask of some sort,
with black boots..
My guess is it's either scarecrow, gentleman ghost, or just cyborg (But unless I miss my mark, he's with the regime.)

It's probably Scarecrow, this image shows the similarities between him and the character in the video.

Firestorm reveal

firestorm looks cool, but i was secretly hoping nameless would win with his pick of plastic man

ever since toxin mentioned him as an idea (along with beast boy) i have thought both of those 2 would be perfect in this game

Quite surprised about Firestorm, although I wish he had moves where he uses his abilities to manipulate elements.
BTW, next reveal is coming this 23rd, check the official website as always.
