Wow this one really looks like "the Crow" not a swap color of Garow MOTW Freeman. Good luck with him, only i have two points to say:

I hope you dont offend but the "head bounce" in the idle animation looks odd. maybe in the "taller" sprite of the idle animation you can crop the head and put i pixel lower and in the lower sprite put the head one sprite upper.
(Just a suggestion ).

Oh! another one. i know you have alreay made some animations of him. i suggest you must use different colors between body & coat, to make more "easy" the edition and the future new palettes for him by members of the forum. (just an idea.)

i make head without move, but it looked boring and unrealistic.

This is a character who had asked me why he had not done before , very good choice , sprites are good but as as advice for animations, compare them with another character that has a similar animation for you to go guiding, and so no edit on the fly , and having to work more, and about the color palette really the same thing that you will save a lot of work , congratulations done so far as it is a highly anticipated character
