pretty good, maybe some changes loki clothes to make it look less Skeletor, but you're doing a great job.

Looks really good, better than his last characters, more still needs some work, lack some sprites of damage.
More see who already has improved the alignment.

I think Skeletor is a good base for Loki; not only for the spear, but also for the energy manipulation attacks. Great choice!
I would say the horns are a little big and, in any case, they should be yellow (or the same colour the helmet has).
As a suggestion, I would add an explode when Loki spin his spear, in order to extend the attack area, like adding a spiral which covers some more range.
