IS THERE SOME PROGRAM TO CONVERT A CHAR IN MVC STYLE EASILY?

How to make a char with the MVC system.

air combo
ground combo

and dynamic fast moves.

do some program or only codings for it.

Sorry but there is no such handy tool for MUGEN....yet....perhaps somebody can make one in the near future.........I want to see one too.......not just MvsC but also SF, MK, KOF, SS,...etc.

I think we can use the MUGEN code of some good MvsC MUGEN authors like mouser's for basic MvsC features like launcher or guard push.......in my MUGEN opinion mouser's MvsC MUGEN code is not that hard to follow and make a reference to use...........mouser's MvsC MUGEN stuff is *still* here:
