How can I install PotS-style hyper portrait in MUGEN char?

Hi brothers, today I have a doubt, because it turns out that, I was editing a Wolverine, and I might do something similar to PotS style, but I was presented with a problem, I found it difficult to place the hyper portrait, since I do not know what codes to set or copy and since I file CNS, since I am a beginner, if someone could help me tell me what codes I should use to set the hyper portrait to the level 3 special , it would help me a lot, just in case I want to add that this Wolverine contains 3 Super level 3 specials. For the use of MUGEN 1.0.

Oh and I've also noticed that when you make a PotS-style hyper, you see a not-so-intense blue all over the screen, on the part where the FX appears.
