Yes I know is from Doom still solid work I like palette and the head animated Owlman looks very nice:)

Interesting sprite edit. I really love Red Hood's Batman New 52, he is my favorite Batman character in mugen. And it would be amazing to have Owlman, close to him. Well done. Keep this work.
