If I may make a suggestion, I think Samus' gun, since it is called the "Paralyzer", should briefly stun the enemy, that way she could lead into a free hit or combo. It's how it functions in Metroid Zero Mission and Other M, and how it functions in Smash Bros. Plus, I think it'd really help her out. Otherwise, this version of suitless Samus is turning out very nicely so far!

Yes I have to much plans for add many diffrent (awesome) attacks for make diffrent combos and Super Arts using the 8 Bit and new Samus chars

Definitely an improvement, you guys need to team up, the character will be a lot better for it. Two heads are always better than one. Looking forward to seeing more progress from both of you, Samus is one of the all time greatest video game characters, she deserves a quality mugen version. Good luck!
