I'm back baby, and i feel better than ever!!!

I have lost all my work, my mugen chars, stages, game project (real games not mugen projects), evrething because my computer has got a virus, now that i have reformat my computer, i am gathering all chars that were in my roster right now, goodbye projects (goodbye king, goodbye ken, see ya sf4 dan, thank god i gave my poc shin lvl 2 akuma to my friend, still i have to recode his new AI)    

So ill be out for a while

WOW THAT'S NOT GOOD...DANG BRO IF YOU LIVED IN THE BAY AREA...I FIX CPU WITH VIRUSES I COULD HOOK YOU UP...BEST THING TO DO IS HAVE YOUR MUGEN ON A EXTERNAL USB...OR ANOTHER PARTION...GOOD LUCK AND GOD BLESS...

That is hard. Sorry to hear that man but like you said lucky you've still got Akuma. Take it as a fresh slate

I think everyone who does this knows exactly what you are talking about.

I've suggested this in the past and I'll say it here now again. Just release and release as frequent as possible, release alphas, betas, all broken and all and etc. because you never know when you'll lose your work. And if not releases then post your animated .gifs in your wip topics or spritesheets so you don't have to start all over.

You might lose your reputation but at least you can save some of your work.

Chuchoryu will never have this problem nor will mazermerald or any of the other guys who share progress or release on a regular bases.

the best way is to keep everything on usb keys.
That's a lesson i learned after i lost my daredevil edits.

Yes it's never easy when you lose, all you work, i gave up on my personal mugen roster to dedicate on my works, but now im back baby!!!...    right now im redownloading king's base i was using.
