Rule Clarification: Necrobumping and WIP topics

We are lenient when it comes to necrobumping (replying in a topic that has been inactive for 30 days) in general. Except when it comes to WIP topics. Please, if you are going to necrobump a WIP topic, do not be posting *ONLY* to ask about current progress. You need to offer more to the discussion then just wondering about progress.

Warnings in some capacity will be given from here on out if that is not followed. If you'd like to discuss whatever for further clarification in this topic, you are welcome to do so.

Further clarification needed. Asking about progress is fine, it is however up to the creator if they want to answer.

The problem is do not necro-bump a WIP topic to *ONLY* ask about the progress.
