Current concept:
- Done every 3 months
- Will have a section to track winners sticky
- Will have a topic open all the time to allow for things to think about and discuss prior to nominations
- Each forum member gets only 3 nominations and it takes a creation 3 nominations to become officially eligible

I think it'd be better to not have a creator section and save it for the annual best of awards. Why? Because odds are, that will definitely turn into a popularity thing and/or being redundant to the creator of the character winning for the time period.

I know what you are saying regarding screenpacks and stages being contested with against characters. The characters will always win. However, if do it like a "Best Creation" for the period...
- It will set apart what we are trying to do with awards in that manner from other like minded things
- Gives some focus on really good creations other than characters. Might not win, but the attention would be good

Really hoping that is how we can do it all, but won't re-purpose for the new forum section until each detail is finalized for it.
