I would definitely say any females that haven't been made from DC or Marvel Comics. We just need more female heroes and villains in the Mugen world~!

I totally would love to see the "Krake" incarnation of Cobra Commander be "Mugenized". He's my avatar right now. He's currently exclusive to and was created in the IDW Comics universe for G.I. Joe, and he's a real force to be reckoned with, not to mention just scary and plain awesome.
Sure, there's already a Cobra Commander character, but it's based on the 80's cartoon version, and it's... ah, primitive? A Cobra Commander based on his original 80's Marvel Comics version or Resolute would be great, since he was awesome in those too. But personally, I think Krake would be fun to work with, since he could show off some dual pistol action (which is what he is armed with). He could offer a nice mixture of hand-to-hand combined with some gunplay, a la Deathstroke.
Too bad there's no available 3D model of him (except for a G.I. Joe game that was shut down) that I can get my hands on, or I'd make him! Or if I was any good at making actual sprites. lol And I could provide the voicework for the character, since I can actually do an imitation of Resolute Cobra Commander's voice, along with my own version.

Freddy Fazbear, Bonnie, Chica and Foxy from Five Nights at Freddy's, the toy versions of Freddy, Chica and Bonnie from FNaF2 (as well as the Puppet), and Springtrap from FNaF3.
WITH jumpscares (that can be disabled in their CNS files) and Fatalities.

I like the sporty Karin and the idea of Psycho Balrog (the claw). As well my favorite SF character Blanka in a shoto style!
