What characters do ~YOU WISH~ were in ~MUGEN?~

Characters I would want to see in MUGEN:
Raiden (Metal Gear) - could either be on MGS2 persona or his cyborg form from MGS4/MGR
Mega Man? (Mega Man: Powered Up) - in case you're confused, it's the fake Mega Man with a purple scarf that you face when you play as the bosses in their respective areas. I think his sprites would be an edited MVC Mega Man, only with an edited face and has purple scarf on his neck.
Gray Fox (Metal Gear) - the Cyborg Ninja version
Steve (Minecraft) - a decent version, geez.
Patrick (SpongeBob SquarePants) - also a decent version, derp.
Gizmo (Superbook, the 3D version) - I could imagine a variety of moves, like using a flamethrower, throw random stuff ala Norimaro from MSHvsSF, the list goes on, because he's a robot, duh.
RED (NES Godzilla Creepypasta) - if he were in MUGEN, he would be a boss type character and has 2 forms, Normal and Final (so he would start in Normal in the first round and when he's defeated, he would turn into his Final form in the next round). He could switch into his swimming or flying form when he's in the normal form. Finally, some supers I wanted to include would be his flame breath, needles of death, falling spike balls, eating the fighter, and probably, the KILL move (he would charge to the player ala Shun Goku Satsu and the player stands in the darkness, and the blood red word, "KILL" appears and more of them appear until the face of RED appears, instantly killing the player). RUN.
Solomon (NES Godzilla Creepypasta) - STILL THE BEST 1973
Acacius (NES Godzilla Creepypasta) - The Golden Light. An intro suggestion would be Melissa floating in the background and summons Acacius and she disappears.

Suave Dude - a decent one that uses Elecbyte style sprites
Penguin (Club Penguin)
Tabuu (SSBB)
Chris Redfield (Resident Evil) - in his RE5 incarnation, with his MVC3 moveset.
Albert Wesker (Resident Evil) - also in his RE5 incarnation, with MVC3 moveset.
Slenderman (Creepypasta) - a decent one, and not a joke character, like giving him a decent moveset.
Pororo (Pororo the Little Penguin)
Polygon Man (PS All-Stars Battle Royale) - a boss character controlled by CPU only. An idea that he would summon purple versions of several MUGEN characters, like Kung Fu Man, Ryu, Mario, etc. rather than the ones who appeared on PS All-Stars.
Cole McGrath (inFamous) - could use his SFxT moveset if MUGENized.

I for one would love to see Sweet Tooth, the killer clown of Twisted Metal fame, to be brought to MUGEN. After seeing him in PlayStation All-Stars, I think he'd work well. Plus, he's always been one of my favorite PlayStation characters anyways.
