tobirama, kisame, suigetsu, yahiko, zabuza, yagura , mizukage mei (all by CobraG6) have water powers and effects
you can find them here


please spend your time to find better powers
i m sure you will add the favourite specials and hyper for Mera ...contact me if you need help

and please raijjin , could you show us a sprite for your mera concept please

Well, not much for now, as I'm currently working on the smart palette.
So no crown or Atlantian symbol, all of this will be added when I finish implanting the whole palette for the whole character.
I made this palette quickly btw, so don't take it into account.

I'm also trying something with this stance, not really sure about it tbh, I might redo it

Wow you made a complete color separation ...so It s more than a fast work

Well, I might have gone overkill here, but it's not that hard and it's still quick to make.

Nope, I'm doing this because Rosemary inspired me.
Hope is a character already made by someone else (who might bother me), who's movepool is less fitting for a water kinesist.
So I'll stick with my idea
