MMV character project

I wanna make a project for the people that are in here.

1st thing though, let's suggest a character to make, it should be a famous and a hard to sprite character, and since I'll code it, I prefer a Marvel or a DC character

Just put some suggestions and we will be adding it to the poll, and whomever wins the poll is what we all will be helping to finish.

If we start spriting the character, I would have 1 rule, that each member can only contribute 1 or 2 animation.

Example: Jarro can only make low and mid punch, and Volz can only make high punch and low kick. But yeah you guys should decide on what you want to sprite.

To me sound really AWESOME

One of the most Insane thing about this is WE ALL can partecipate and give his BEST SHOT

When i say BEST SHOT i mean we can do the best thing we have

Example if deanjo is crazy with intros he can make an Intro

Deanjo is crazy with everything

If i like specials or hypers i'm going to give 2 specials or hypers etc

Bro to me sound really cool but don't let me make normal animations

I want make crazy thing lol i want give 2 specials or hypers

For the rest i really like the idea i know WE CAN CREATE AN AWESOME CHARACTER

And every people can be involved

Now we see what happen hope you guys like the idea like me

Good luck with this project, and I hope for a DC character. Maybe, Orion, I don't know how famous he is but with his astro force, harness, and mother box one could get pretty creative with his abilities.

As a Marvel fan, I have three suggestions:

1 - Super-Adaptoid. As this villain copies the abilities of the heroes, especially the Avengers, his abilities are varied and you can be imaginative with his supers and hypers.

2 - Enchantress. She is one of the most important female villains in Marvel, with magical abilities and is a character that has not been brought to Mugen. Another option would be Hela, but I think someone is working on it...

3 - Baron Zemo. At the time, Arkady was working on it, but after his retirement, I guess it's cancelled. There is an alpha version from another creator, but Zemo deserves a more complete version.

There are two other chars that I would suggest, Loki and Kang, but I don't know if you accept suggestions of already created characters. I think that the existing versions of both deserve an update (in the case of Loki it would be nice to see him with MVC sprites).

Well, I'm more of a DC guy, but I do recognize that I always found it weird that there was no version of the Enchantress, despite the large possibilites of sprite bases and the numerous magical characters going around.

On the same note, I always found that double characters are quite interesting, and Cloak and Dagger would be the ideal duo for that.

Of course, I also encourage you to do DC characters, and more specifically Batman characters, but I'm not objective on that point   (but I could give you a list if needed)

And about DC, Steppenwolf could be an ambitious project
And dont forget to DC sandman ...he has got his personal movie serie and It  has not mugen character yet

if we were to do something of a hard to sprite character, then not all in the community can participate.
i think it would be better if we start simple such as just a male character(or female if no hair like nebula) without a cape. because one thing for sure is hard in spriting is understanding the hair and cape physics.

so perhaps change the category?

It's an interesting idea, if it's about each author contributing one or two animations I'm in.

As character suggestions I would also love to have Baron Zemo as a marvel character, it would just be to find a good swordsman type base.
On the other hand claw would be somewhat easier so that several members can participate without problem

On DC's side I think a new black canary would be interesting, or maybe a new version of deathstroke

if you're going to do hela, I'll post all her sprites here and the community could continue... I have more than 80% ready just for the sprites and I've been busy at work

Great suggestions! I got mostly interested about the super adaptoid suggestion specially since we have mostly the characters from marvel that adaptoid is capable of.

We do have dagger by doom and he got some base we could start, so that'll be awesome, cloak would be good too, I mean we can have a version where he hides his body with his cloak and it might be easier for us
And yeah I know you got mote DC stuff, maybe whatever you have started with few progress so far then you could suggest for the community to help out

True these are some famous ones indeed, the reason I picked famous characters as possible choice because I want the people to remember that a famous character is created by a lot of mmv members
But yeah we can definitely change category if needed because we'll be basing the winner of the poll

Yeah I saw your hela, and since it's 80% done then mmv can't do a much more team work if we'll do that route, but hela can be added for suggestions but we'll have to start differently
